    Why are the medications so inexpensive?

    The medications offered for sale are generics and brand name equivalents of US FDA approved drugs. These manufactured in India and Europe, in world class facilities. These medications are being marketed internationally. We are providing a way of ordering these medications directly and we are passing the savings on to you.
    What does your 100% satisfaction guarantee mean?

    It means that if you have any problems with your order, we will work with you to make sure you receive your medication. We answer emails and queries promptly, generally within 24 hours.If you have an issue with an order that has already been shipped to you, please accept your order from the postal service, and contact us right away. We will do what is needed to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.You must NOT return any package that you receive, back to the sender as that will void our 100% satisfaction guarantee.     What form of shipping is used?

    Medications are shipped via Air mail, Expedited Mail and Courier (courier service is available in the US only). A confirmation email will be sent to you following shipment. See our shipping section for further details.
    What countries do you ship to?

    We ship to addresses in the U.S. and the following countries: UK, Germany, Canada, Japan, Denmark, Netherlands, Portugal, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Australia, New Zealand.
    What are the possible delays with my order?

    In most cases there are no delays with our orders; The following are possible reasons for delays. Holidays, medication is on back order, wrong shipping information. Occasionally it can take some time for us to receive the tracking numbers for Express Mail orders. Your tracking numbers will be sent to you as soon as we receive them. Also, at times there is a delay in the updating of tracking information at the post office. Please check back and if you do not see your information, send an email to customerservice@worldremedium.com. In rare situation, the shipment may be held by the customs department of the country of origin or the country of destination.
    What if a product that I ordered is out of stock?

    If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will order it from our alternate supplier. If the item is not available from the supplier we will contact you and let you know as soon as possible. If we cannot get the item in a timely manner, you have the option to wait, or to cancel your order. We do not charge any Credit Card until the item ordered is shipped.
    Is there a limit to how much medication I can order?

    Yes. US law allows you to order up to 3 months supply of each medication, at a time. If an order is considered to be more than a 3 month's supply, we will notify you. It is possible that we may ship the partial order right away and delay the second part of the order or ship the second package via air mail.
    What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment via Visa only. MasterCard payments can not be processed at this time. Charges on your statement will show up as "Veri-pay 866-972-8765" on your credit card statement.
    Will my personal information stay private?

    We will never give your email address or any information to anyone. Your information stays private. Occasionally, we might send an email regarding refills or promotions that might be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive emails, you can choose to opt out at any time.
    What is your cancellation policy?

    Because of our automated and speedy order processing, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you entered an order in error or had any problems with ordering, send us an email right away (within an hour of placing the order) so we can assist you.
